My Experience
I recently completed the new National Association of REALTORS designation for GREEN building and updating homes in October 2009. I am your source of information for GREEN concepts as you consider updating your present home or build new green construction.
As a life long resident of Southwest Virginia I have lived and worked in the Roanoke area for over 20 years. My real estate experience spans over eight years in working as a REALTOR® representing Buyers and Sellers plus 12 years in senior management with a local company. Two of my eight years in real estate sales and marketing was devoted as a sales consultant for a local semi-custom home builder. My specialties in residential home sales include: existing (re-sale) homes, new construction(from design to completion), patio homes, townhomes, condo's, and lots & land. In addition I presently serve as Chairperson for the newly formated MLS Technology committee 2010, previousely served as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS® (RVAR) in 2006, served as the 2005 Chairperson and 2004 Vice Chairperson on the RVAR MLS Technology committee.
